In the first instance, we suggest using email as this creates a paper trail with regards your support issues. However, you can also call us on the numbers provided.

We hope to be able to resolve your support issues quickly and effectively. However, please remember that while this shop is open 24/7, we have to sleep. We can only respond to telephone calls during office hours, which for the sake of clarity, is 10:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. At any other times, please use email. Email is a more effective way of reaching us during busy periods.

Advice for a smooth return

We understand that in some instances, what you purchase might not be right so if you have an issue with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to work with you to rectify the problem. In the circumstances where you need to return the item, here is what you need to do.

  1. Contact us immediately by email explaining the nature of the problem. We will do our best to help you to resolve the issue if possible. If we cannot do this, follow steps 2 - 4
  2. Send back the item in a similar manner to how you received it. For example, if you received it in a jiffy bag, or a box, please use this same method to return your item
  3. Send the item back to us using a tracked service. You don't need to obtain a signature at this end but you must provide us with the tracking number as proof of return. If you do not provide a tracking number, this applies equally to international as well as UK customers, we cannot refund or replace your item
  4. Once posted, send us an email with the tracking number and the cost of the return postage for our records

Once received back, we will either replace the item or refund your account. Please note that if you have requested a refund, we can only refund to the card or paypal account you used when you purchased. Refunds will be made within 48 hours, 72 hours if a weekend. If you have requested a replacement item, subject to availability, this will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the returned item. Where a suitable replacement or alternative item is not available, we will refund your paypal or card account.

With regards return postage, we will pay for your return postage only in the situation where the item is return as damaged or non working. We will also pay for any aditional postage in sending out a replacement item if this is what you have requested and we have replacement or suitable alternative stock. Where this is not possible, we will refund your paypal or card account in full including the additional shipping cost. 

We will only pay reasonable shipping charges. We have a list of charges worldwide and we know how much it will cost to send a package to the UK from your location. We are expecting to see a charge for a tracked service so please don't add on any fees or charges to this price as we cannot pay these. We can only pay the exact shipping charge.
